Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems. You will demonstrate expertise in at least one craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing) and be multi-skilled for daily tasks.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors. A valid driver's license and ability to work variable shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Require direct customer contact and safety-conscious operations.
• Experience with building systems and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Operate, maintain, repair and troubleshoot facility equipment across sites.
• Record readings, monitor contractor work, and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and support emergency situations.
• Update work orders and use CMMS to document status.
