Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Corrigo experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and math skills are expected.
• Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles and communicate with clients and supervisors.
