Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly; respond to inquiries from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver outputs by following procedures and processes under close supervision.
