Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to stand, stoop, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, co-workers and supervisors.
