Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician II - Mobile to serve Columbus, OH and surrounding areas.

You will perform repairs across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems, manage subcontractors, and use CMMS to track work orders. A high school diploma and 5+ years general maintenance are required; a trade license is a plus. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years general maintenance experience or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge, CMMS work order systems and email
• Outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple sites and projects
• Craft license or certificate in one trade preferred (HVAC/Carpentry/Electrical)
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive company vehicle (minimal points)
• Pass background checks and drug test

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality
• Perform general repairs and troubleshooting of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
• Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits
• Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters
• Replace door locks and hardware
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairs, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture
• Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits, and PMs
• Small project work
• Utilize CMMS work order system
• Additional duties as assigned
