Job summary

Thrive Facilities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Facilities Technician) in Columbus, OH to preserve and improve the condition and functionality of our communities. The role involves a wide range of tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, and general upkeep.

Candidates should have proven maintenance experience, basic system knowledge, and the ability to work with vendors. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits, with on-site duties at our apartment

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience in property/facility settings.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and safety.
• Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and completes maintenance work and service requests.
• Executes Make-Ready/Turn processes.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintains common areas and grounds; snow removal when needed.
• Inspects properties for repairs and reports to management.
