Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions, a full-service provider of customized facility solutions, seeks a Site Manager - Facility Maintenance in Columbus, OH. You will lead day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinate projects, and manage staff and subcontractors to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or construction, 5+ years' related experience, CMMS/MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or construction-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Commercial construction experience and ability to read blueprint drawings a plus.
• Strong computer skills including CMMS, MS Office, and contact management software.
• Ability to pass FBI/BCI background check, drug screen, and safety training.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations/points.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day activities of staff to meet client needs and/or exceed expectations.
• Coordinate special projects, analyze cost, and identify methods or suppliers to meet requirements.
• Manage personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Oversee grounds and building maintenance and environmental services.
• Communicate daily site needs to staff and adjust focus to client expectations.
• Manage preventive maintenance program and improve procedures and timelines.
• Interpret contract requirements and ensure conformity to specifications and quality.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor financial performance.
