Job summary

C&W Services (S) is seeking a Mobile Operating Engineer to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for assigned properties. Responsibilities include rounds, preventive maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping to keep facilities safe and functional.

The role requires at least 5 years of related work experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience operating HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems in a commercial property.
• EPA Universal Certification and relevant trade licenses as required.
• High school diploma or GED; apprentice program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment up to chillers, DX units, pumps and cooling towers.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment, valves, thermostats and air distribution.
• Record activities and report to supervisor; respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Comply with codes, regulations, safety policies and company directives.
• Complete required safety training and maintain neat appearance on property.
