Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on commercial properties. You will handle building systems, equipment, and grounds, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. The role is on-site with required safety training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with technical or on‑the‑job training.
• Technical/vocational training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry or engine repair.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Inspect, service, and repair pumps, valves, controls, and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Perform carpentry and minor painting/finishing tasks as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests promptly.
• Ensure safety and compliance with codes and company policies.
