Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; four years of technical building engineering experience.
• Trades school or apprenticeship in electrical/HVAC/plumbing preferred.
• Experience with building systems design and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders to optimize uptime.
• Maintain energy efficiency and safety of facilities.
• Use CMMS tools to update work orders and document conditions.
• Coordinate with managers and customers for issue escalation.
