The role requires 5+ years in mobile F2P games, a strong sense of multiplayer balance, good pacing, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile F2P games, designing modes or prototypes.
• Experience shipping player-facing content in mobile games.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype new gameplay modes.
• Improve existing Paper Party modes.
• Define simple, readable rules for one-finger controls.
• Iterate quickly through testing, feedback and playtests.
• Balance accessibility, competition, pacing and replayability.
• Identify weak ideas early and reshape or cut them.
• Work closely with the Paper.io 2 team to turn concepts into playable experiences.
• Document your designs clearly.
• Fine-tune modes directly in Unity whenever possible.
• This is a hands-on role moving quickly from idea to playable prototype.
