Job summary

TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Mobile Expert to join our high-energy store team. You will be the connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand, helping with phones, plans and accessories while building lasting relationships.

In this role you will earn base pay plus commission, with total earnings potential up to $20+ per hour all in. You’ll greet customers, activate services, handle payments and keep the store looking sharp.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months retail or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assess their needs.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across channels.
• Assist with opening/closing store, cash handling, inventory and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with store standards.
• Assist with service activations, plan changes, bill payments and accessories.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
