Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician/Service Advisor to join our mobile and center service teams in the United States. You will handle parts orders, returns, inventory, and customer interactions while documenting all vehicle interactions in our DMS system.

You’ll maintain deep knowledge of High Voltage, Low Voltage and EV powertrains, and travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive service technician experience.
• HV and EV powertrain knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer facing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Service Advisor for parts ordering and inventory.
• Interact with clients to provide high level customer experience.
• Document all vehicle interactions in the software suite.
• Maintain knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
