Job summary

Grab is seeking an Engineering Manager II for its consumer mobile stack. You will lead a hands‑on, autonomous team of iOS and Android engineers, owning the strategy, delivery and health of the mobile platform. Expect close collaboration with senior leaders, roadmap planning and developer‑experience initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and promote engineering excellence while aligning teams to Grab’s objectives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience in mobile platforms with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record building scalable mobile apps and developer tooling.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and aligning stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead iOS and Android engineers to deliver a high impact mobile roadmap.
• Drive half‑year planning and execution to secure roadmap delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Set engineering strategy and metrics to improve stability and developer experience.
• Attract and retain top engineering talent while mentoring teams.
