Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field.
• AI-Augmented Mindset: use of AI coding assistants across the SDLC and Spec Driven Development is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and ability to troubleshoot moderately complex issues with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI agents and tools to build, test, and deploy software across the SDLC.
• Contribute to prompt engineering and share tool usage insights with the team.
• Engage in design discussions to conceptualize outcomes from a software engineering perspective.
• Assist with feature estimation in terms of technical input, resources, and time.
• Develop and run unit and system tests with secure coding practices.
• Provide technical support for existing and new features in applications and systems.
