Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a senior mobile engineering leader to build and scale our mobile team from the ground up, blending technical leadership with people management across iOS, Android, and cross‑platform stacks.

You will own the mobile release lifecycle, guide architecture decisions, establish observability, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product and Design to deliver a reliable app experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading software engineering teams with a focus on mobile delivery.
• Proven track record shipping production iOS, Android, or cross-platform apps.
• Experience managing multi-persona mobile apps (consumer and admin portals).
• Familiarity with fintech, security-sensitive, or regulated domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire 3+ mobile engineers; build and scale a high-performing team.
• Drive mobile roadmaps, architecture, and device fragmentation strategy.
• Oversee release governance, CI/CD, and QA in mobile lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and backend teams.
• Establish mobile telemetry, observability, and analytics.
