Job summary

iClassPro is seeking a Mobile Development Manager to lead our mobile and frontend engineering teams responsible for iOS and Android products. You’ll shape technical direction and collaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership to turn ambitious ideas into fast, reliable mobile experiences.

You will coach engineers, drive delivery from concept through release, and champion best practices in architecture, testing, performance, and security while balancing hands-on work with leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading mobile engineering teams.
• Production-quality mobile apps experience.
• Experience with iOS/Android or cross‑platform tech such as Swift and Kotlin.
• Understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, CI/CD, testing and performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Passion for building great products and developing engineers.
• Ability to think strategically while detailing technical work.
