BairesDev is seeking a Mobile Engineer (Android) to design and build polished native apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You will contribute to the mobile product lifecycle, ensuring performance, stability, and modern architectural standards across a wide range of devices.

With 4+ years of native Android experience, you will work 100% remotely from anywhere, enjoying excellent compensation in USD or your local currency, and collaborating with a global Top 1% tech talent pool.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Native Android development.
• Deep expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong command of Android Jetpack libraries and ecosystem.
• Knowledge of MVVM/MVI patterns and reactive programming with Coroutines and Flow.
• Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger and Play Store releases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement scalable and maintainable solutions with MVVM/MVI architecture.
• Integrate applications with backend services via RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data flows.
• Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and stability across devices and OS versions.
• Write clean, testable code and implement unit and UI tests for reliable releases.
• Manage the application lifecycle from development through Play Store release.

As a Mobile Engineer (Android), you will create polished, native mobile experiences. You will act as a key contributor to the mobile product lifecycle, ensuring that applications are performant, stable, and built according to modern Android architectural standards.
