BairesDev in Mexico is seeking an AI Engineer (Mobile) to design and deliver AI-powered Android applications. You will own features from idea to production, using multi-agent orchestration and Kotlin with Jetpack Compose.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent open-source frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Self-directed product engineering mindset, able to work from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
• Full-stack range with comfort diving into unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
