Job summary

uBreakiFix is seeking a Remote Electronics Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices at customer sites while working from home and traveling with the mobile repair van. The role combines field visits with in-house repairs at times, and a corporate vehicle will be provided for travel.

You will greet customers, provide repair estimates, maintain records, and ensure high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass Driving, Drug and Background Screening.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices at customer locations.
• Travel to customer sites and arrive within scheduled appointment windows.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
• Maintain records of devices and repairs in the POS system.
• Ensure repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards.
