uBreakiFix seeks Remote Electronics Repair Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices at customer sites, with travel across the Houston area using a corporate vehicle and the option to work in-house. This full-time role supports a leading smartphone repair company with opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate outstanding customer service, strong technical problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Able to pass Driving, Drug and Background Screening.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable traveling to customer sites and working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices at customer sites.
• Travel to customer locations with a corporate vehicle.
• Provide repair estimates and explain issues to customers in simple terms.
• Ensure repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
• Keep track of devices and inventory; use POS for records.
