Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to travel to customer sites in a company van and perform on-site repairs of mobile devices and consumer electronics. You will provide convenient service, diagnose issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and experience in electronics repair or related customer-service roles. Flexible hours, including weekends, are expected as part of this field-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage your daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace.
