Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site for customers across local areas.

You’ll travel in a company-provided repair van to customer locations, delivering high-quality, convenient on-site repairs and educating customers about protection plans and accessories. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
