Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to perform on-site repairs at customer locations across the Fort Wayne area. You will travel in a company‑provided van, diagnose and fix smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics, and ensure a superior customer experience.

The role emphasizes safe driving, reliable scheduling, and strong communication with customers. Prior electronics repair or hands-on technical experience is preferred, along with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands‑on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on‑site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage your daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace.
