Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to support donor services by registering donors, performing screenings and phlebotomy, and caring for donors during the donation process.

The role requires driving large vehicles, setting up and tearing down collection operations, and stocking supplies while following SOPs. A valid state driver's license and DOT medical certification are required; training may occur away from home for up to two weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles or public-facing positions.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Willingness to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Must be comfortable driving larger vehicles and in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as part of the Donor Services team.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
• Drive large vehicles to transport supplies and team members; set up and tear down collection operations; restock supplies.
