Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver in Springfield, IL. As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, you will drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members, set up and tear down collection operations, and restock materials.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, plus the ability to train away from home for up to two weeks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Able to work with the public.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Able to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Comfortable driving larger vehicles.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Hold or obtain DOT Medical Certification.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport donors, supplies, and team members.
• Set up and tear down collection operations at donation sites.
• Restock supplies and ensure proper donor care during the donation process.
