Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. The role involves driving large vehicles, setting up and tearing down collection operations, and restocking supplies while providing donor care during the donation process.

It requires varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, and may include up to two weeks of training away from home. Responsibilities include donor registrations, screenings, phlebotomy, and assisting the team with

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Must be able to drive larger vehicles (box-trucks, tractor-trailer combos).
• Must hold or obtain a REAL ID and a valid driver's license.
• Be comfortable with varied schedules including days, evenings and weekends.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members.
• Set up and tear down of collection operations.
• Restock supplies and support donor services during donations.
• Provide donor care and assist with registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as needed.
