Torque by Ryder is actively seeking a permanent full-time Experienced Mobile Automotive and Diesel Technician to support our truck fleet in Lenexa, KS. The role offers weekly pay and a $2,000 retention bonus paid quarterly within the first year, plus a company cell phone, fuel card, and a mobile service vehicle for technicians.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and major engine repair work on heavy- and medium-duty equipment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• Experience repairing automotive gas or diesel engines including PMs, diagnostics and maintainance.

Aufgaben

• Interact with customer and manage preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Road test vehicles to identify causes and ensure quality repairs.
• Perform PMs and repairs across brakes, electrical, cooling and other systems.
• Coordinate work schedules and communicate with customers.
