Job summary

The role requires experience with diesel engines, trailer repairs, and refrigeration systems, with focus on safe operations and timely documentation of work orders and parts usage.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers.
• Experience with trailer body repairs and refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of telematics systems and diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and non-routine repairs on fleet equipment per DOT standards.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, suspensions, braking, electrical, and cooling systems.
• Repair Thermo King/Carrier refrigeration systems and retrofit units when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tractors/trailers and manage parts inventory.
