Job summary

Prestige Fleet Services is seeking an experienced diesel/trailer technician for on-site maintenance and repairs across our mobile fleet network. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, and essential repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, while managing parts and DOT paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work extended hours including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Must possess proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers (brakes, diagnostics, A/C, electrical, engines, exhaust, after-treatment, lift-gates, tires).
• Schedule and oversee maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair/replace vehicle/trailer components.
• Open and close repair orders on company device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and other documentation promptly.
