Ryder System, Inc. in Tampa, FL is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Diesel Technician. You will diagnose and repair heavy- and medium-duty equipment, service vehicles at customer sites, and road-test to verify repairs.

Formación

• Two years or more experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy duty and medium duty equipment.
• Minimum tools required to perform job duties as outlined in Ryder's Maintenance policy 2.02.
• Pass Ryder drug test and previous employer checks for past 3 years, plus DOT physical and road test.
• Must be able to drive Ryder vehicles and adhere to company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customer to coordinate maintenance and repair estimates and schedule work.
• Road test vehicles after service to identify causes of complaints and ensure quality repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and vehicle repairs on heavy and medium duty equipment.
• Document repair orders and use company systems for records and billing.
