Job summary

Prestige Fleet Services is seeking experienced mobile technicians to service Class 6-8 trucks and trailers at customers' sites. Our team performs inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance with DOT documentation completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of diesel/trailer repair experience, strong communication, and the ability to work extended hours, including weekends. Tools in good condition are required to join our growing fleet service network.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with performing federal inspections and brake inspections is required.
• Ability to use a computer/tablet to process work orders and update statuses.
• 3+ years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred.
• 3 years of truck/trailer maintenance and repair experience or equivalent.
• Must possess proper tools and be self-motivated with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers (brakes, A/C, electrical, engines, exhaust, etc.).
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance procedures and DOT inspections.
• Repair or replace vehicle/trailer components.
• Open and close repair orders on company devices.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and documentation promptly.
