Prestige Fleet Services is seeking experienced diesel and trailer technicians to join our on-site mobile maintenance team. You will perform repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers at customer locations, using cutting-edge tech to simplify admin tasks.

Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years in diesel/trailer repair, DOT inspection experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience.
• 1 year of performing DOT inspections.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Previous Reefer repair experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders.
• 2 years of experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections.
• Must possess proper tools.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.
• Schedule and overlook all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair/Replace vehicle/trailer components.
• Open and Close repair orders on a company-issued device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in a timely fashion.
