Job summary

Prestige Fleet Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking experienced diesel and trailer technicians to perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers at customer sites. You will schedule maintenance, obtain parts, and complete DOT forms; must have a valid driver's license and be able to work extended hours as needed.

The role requires 3+ years of diesel/trailer repair experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills to update work orders and labor hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred.
• Communication skills required.
• Able to work extended or irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Self-motivated with good organization and planning.
• Ability to use a computer/tablet for work orders and labor hours.
• 2 years of annual federal inspections and brake inspections experience.
• 2 years of truck/trailer maintenance and repair or equivalent education/experience.
• Must possess proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers (brakes, diagnostics, A/C, electrical, engine, exhaust, after-treatment, lift gates, tires).
• Schedule and oversee maintenance procedures including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair/replace vehicle/trailer components.
• Open/close repair orders on a company device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and other documentation in a timely fashion.
