Job summary

CoxFleet in Denver, CO is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and light repairs on fleet trucks and trailers in a mobile/field setting.

The role requires 3 years of related experience or 5 years, HS diploma, ASE T8 within 18 months, and compliance with DOT/federal regulations. You will work Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; 3 years related experience or 5 years in field.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months.
• DOT pre-employment checks and DOT medical card requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM and DOT inspections on light, medium and heavy vehicles in a mobile/field environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and diagnoses.
• Manage parts inventory and document on Repair Orders using TRAIT app.
• Complete DOT forms timely and communicate estimates with management.
