Job summary

Cox Fleet in the United States is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to service light to heavy-duty trucks in a mobile/field environment. You will perform DOT inspections, PMs, and repairs on-site at customer locations.

The role offers daytime shifts and travel as needed, with a remote-friendly option and a path to ASE certification. You will document work using the TRAIT app on an iOS device and collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 3 years’ related field experience or equivalent combos.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical card and pass DOT pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PMs, DOT inspections, and repairs for light to heavy-duty vehicles in mobile/field settings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, engine, and hydraulic systems.
• Document work and parts used via the TRAIT app; maintain accurate RO records.
