Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or Technical Certification in vehicle maintenance and repair services preferred.
• Must meet federal PM certification requirements within 1 year.
• One year or more mechanical experience at customer locations preferred.
• Pass Ryder drug test and other background checks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, coordinate work schedule for preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Road test vehicles to identify causes of complaints and ensure quality repair work.
• Perform preventive maintenance and PM298‑listed tasks per guidelines.
• Maintain records and ensure safety/compliance in all maintenance activities.
