Qualifications

• DOT Brake Inspection certification is required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (hours may vary based on customer needs)
• Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00+/hour, based on skillset and experience

Job Overview

The Mobile Technician B will repair and maintain all types of customer vehicles and equipment, including material handling, trailers, and diesel-powered equipment. The technician will perform job duties independently with limited supervision and mentor and assist vehicle technicians as needed, completing Commercial Customer asset preventive maintenance and repairs at remote Commercial Customer work sites.

Must be equipped with personal hand tools; removed box tools are stored in the service bed of the truck.

• Basic welding and cutting torch operation.
• Basic diagnostic tool skills.

• Ability to schedule and prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide own tools.
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Operating power, hand, diagnostic tools, and material handling equipment.
• Capable of driving company equipment including class 8 tractors.
• Capable of driving and working out of a mobile shop truck.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Lifting capability: 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk during shift, work outdoors in elements at commercial customer sites.
• Work remotely at various commercial customer sites without direct supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• D.O.T. Brake Inspection certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
