Job summary

DeVivo Companies is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to service vehicles from a company truck across the Northeast, including Massachusetts. This field role requires hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for medium and heavy-duty fleets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of automotive/truck/bus repair experience.
• Own and maintain the proper hand tools.
• Proficient with computer operation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on medium and heavy duty vehicles.
• Perform diagnostic and repair work on all types of vehicles.
• Follow established technical and administrative processes.
• Complete repair orders and parts usage forms.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor, team members, and customers.
• Remain current on technical and regulatory requirements.

DeVivo Companies currently has full-time Mobile Diesel Technician openings in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. These positions will work remotely from a company truck and service the surrounding area.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma, technical school or equivalent
• Minimum of one-year experience in the field of automotive, truck or bus repair
• Own & maintain the proper hand tools to perform job functions
• Proficient with computer operation/usage
• Valid driver’s license
