MFS Fleet Service is seeking a skilled Mobile Diesel Technician for the Dallas, TX area. This full-time, mobile role involves diagnosing, maintaining and repairing diesel-powered vehicles at customer sites, with a fully equipped service truck and guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, brake and transmission work, electrical troubleshooting, and accurate record-keeping. A $2,400 sign-on bonus is offered along with relocation assistance and tools provided to perform the job safely

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a diesel technician.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics.
• Familiarity with OEM specs (e.g., Caterpillar).
• Proficient with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment during repairs.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Use hand/power tools and welding equipment for repair and fabrication.
• Read and interpret schematics for electrical and hydraulic systems.

The technician will travel to customer locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.We provide all tools, equipment, and a fully equipped service truck, allowing you to focus on getting the job done safely and efficiently.Responsibilities-Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.-Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brake repair, transmission work, alignment, and suspension adjustments.-Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repair and fabrication work.-Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems and hydraulic components.-Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.-Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
