Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Mobile Device Repair Technician to travel locally in a fully equipped company van, diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site at customer locations.

You will deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer experience, educate clients on protection plans, manage daily routes, and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace. Training starts day one with paid learning and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair or hands-on troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently in the field.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair devices.
• Provide on-site repairs with a focus on quality and customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans and support options.
• Maintain inventory and route efficiency in daily schedule.
