uBreakiFix by Asurion seeks a Mobile Device Repair Technician to travel locally in a fully equipped company van and perform on-site repairs of smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.

You will deliver high-quality service, educate customers on protection plans, and manage your daily route while maintaining inventory. Paid training and growth opportunities accompany a full-time role with weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, or hands-on mechanical work.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a daily schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside the mobile workspace.
