Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to travel locally in a fully equipped repair van and perform on-site fixes for smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.

You’ll diagnose issues, deliver high-quality repairs with a focus on excellent customer service, and educate customers on protection plans and support options. Training starts Day One with paid onboarding and ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
