Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics at customer locations in a fully equipped company van. You’ll deliver high-quality on-site repairs with a focus on a great customer experience.

You’ll travel locally, manage a daily route, educate customers on protection plans, and enjoy benefits like paid training, health coverage, PTO, and ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, and hands-on mechanical work.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a daily route.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Maintain inventory inside the mobile workspace and manage daily routing.
