Telecare Corporation in Stockton, CA is seeking a MCRT Triage Dispatcher for our mental health crisis response team. This on-site role supports triage decision-making, screens caller situations, assesses risk, documents in multiple platforms, and dispatches a mobile crisis team when appropriate.

The position offers full-time hours with shifts including 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM, and 3:00 PM-11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health with two years of related experience.
• At least one year of crisis experience in relevant settings.
• Ability to screen calls and assess risk per protocol.
• Knowledge of crisis resources and community services.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver license and auto insurance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Screen caller situations and determine risk level per protocol.
• Document assessments across multiple platforms.
• Dispatch mobile crisis team to field as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and county resources.
