Job summary

Telecare is seeking a MCRT Triage Dispatcher for mobile crisis response. You will be the first point of contact, screen risk level, document in multiple platforms, and dispatch a mobile crisis team when appropriate.

This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree in behavioral health with two years of mental health or substance use services, crisis experience, and current CPR, CPI, and BLS certifications. Eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health
• Including at least one year of crisis experience in mental health or substance use services.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and BLS certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Triage crisis situations per established protocols and supervisory guidance.
• Screen caller risk level, document in multiple platforms, and dispatch a mobile crisis team when appropriate.
