Job summary

Telecare Corporation in San Diego seeks a MCRT Triage Dispatcher for mobile crisis response. You will be the first point of contact, screen crisis calls, assess risk, document in multiple platforms, and dispatch a mobile crisis team when appropriate.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health with at least two years in mental health or substance use services, crisis experience, and CPR/BLS certifications. A valid driver license and vehicle may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health with two years of mental health or substance use services experience.
• Include at least one year of crisis experience (inpatient, ACT, CRT, CSU, MCRT or crisis call center).
• Sensitivity to multicultural populations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and triage crisis calls in line with protocols and supervision.
• Screen caller, assess risk level, and document findings across platforms.
• Dispatch mobile crisis team when the caller is eligible for team support.
