Job summary

Telecare Corporation is hiring a MCRT Triage Dispatcher to serve as the first point of contact and play a critical role in triage decision-making for behavioral health emergencies. You will screen callers, determine risk levels, manage documentation across platforms, and dispatch mobile crisis teams as needed.

The role is full-time with a swing shift (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM), Sunday through Thursday. Starting pay ranges from $34.82 to $43.02 per hour, with geographic differentials applied; pay is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health and two years of mental health or substance use services experience.
• At least one year of crisis experience at inpatient, ACT, CRT, CSU, MCRT or crisis call center.
• Must be 18+ years of age and CPR, CPI, and BLS certified or within 60 days of employment.
• Background checks, post-offer physical, and driving/insurance requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Screen caller situation and determine level of risk according to protocol.
• Document and manage information across multiple platforms.
• Dispatch mobile crisis team when appropriate.
• Act as first point of contact to triage behavioral health emergencies.
