La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico is expanding to create a Mobile Crisis Response Team. The role provides assessment, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups, collaborating with community agencies to support patient care.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and NM independent licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT), with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
• Current New Mexico independent license in counseling, social work, psychology or LMFT/LPCC/LMFT.
• Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
• Must work unconventional hours: weekends/evening/holiday.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Deliver therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups.
• Coordinate with support systems and community agencies for patient care.
• Assist in staff orientation, training, and team supervision.
