Job summary

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a federally qualified health center serving Southern New Mexico. We seek a licensed clinician to perform assessments, crisis intervention, case management, and therapy across individuals, families, and groups. The role coordinates care with community agencies and supports staff development.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant master's degree, NM licensure, at least one year in substance use work, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
• Current New Mexico license in counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy.
• At least one year of relevant experience working with clients with substance or alcohol use.
• Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
• Background check, TB screen and drug testing required.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups.
• Coordinates with and provides education to support systems and community agencies in relation to patient care.
• Assists in staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and provides feedback for planning, development, and implementation of services.
